The January SFM Showcase concluded with spirited performances by Paul Eisert, Jenah Shank, Jim Skiff, and Tyler Feathers at the Acoustic Listening Room Steamworks Creative.
Paul Eisert, an acoustic singer-songwriter reminiscent of legends like Bob Dylan and Woody Guthrie, delivered an enthralling performance. His blend of solo acoustic guitar folk and rock resonated with the audience.
Jenah Shank, accompanied by John on the djembe for part of her set, provided a fun and relaxed show enjoyed by everyone. The duet with Jim Skiff on the Tommy James classic "Dragging the Line" was a delightful finale to a lively 40-minute set.
Scarfire Media personality Jim Skiff followed, delivering a passionate and enjoyable performance. His acoustic music, infused with blues, rock 'n' roll, folk, and other influences from his extensive career, captivated the audience as the night continued.
Finally, Scarfire Media co-owner Tyler Feathers took the stage, performing a mix of his original songs and covers by his favorite artists. The audience joined in singing his signature cover of "Ain't No Sunshine" by Bill Withers, bringing the night to a satisfying crescendo.
Don't miss the next chance to experience great independent music from a company dedicated to promoting emerging artists at a venue with a shared mission on February 23rd at Steamworks Creative in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania.
